We are in a position to supply the following Bauxite Ore from India as follows:
A)Technical Specification:
AL2O3 : 48%
SiO2 : 7%
Fe2O3 : 9%-16%
TiO2 : 5 % MAX
CaO : 5% MAX
Free Moisture : 5 % Max (during non-monsoon period)
10% Max (during monsoon season)
8)Size 0mm-125mm : 90% Min
Size>125mm : 10% Max
C)Bonus and/or Penalties :
1. Al2O3 : 48%
a) Al2O3>48% the bonus is US$ 0.5/PMT for every 1% higher, pro rata
b) Al2O3<48% the penalty is US$ 0.5/PMT for every 1% lower, pro rata
c) Buyer reserves the right to reject if content is below 46%.
2. SiO2 : 8 %
a) SiO2< 8% the bonus is US$ 0.5/PMT for every 1% lower, pro rata
b) SiO2> 8% the penalty is US$ 0.5/PMT for every 1% higher, pro rata
c) Buyer reserves the right to reject if content is over 9%.
PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% OF THE FOB VALUE
PRICE:
The base price USD 00 Per Metric Ton FOB ST PORBANDER PORT ,WEST COAST OF INDIA PORT.
USD 00 CFR CHINA MAIN PORT
DELIVERY:
Delivery to take place vessel at West Coast Indian port, INDIA in
accordance with the provisions of Incoterms 2000.
QUANTITY:
Total Contract Quantity: 30,000 ±10 % metric ton. Effective from 30 working days of getting the Clean Letter of Credit.
PAYMENT TERM:
100% TRANSFERABLE / CONFIRMED / IRREVOCABLE LC AT SIGHT.
